pretty nifty day today. em and i went to freo to stock up on british food for australia day tomorrow (no, we're not patriots) and we decided to duck into mills records on our way home because it's dingy and messy, like all good cd shops. anyway, we were just looking for the futureheads second album when, lo and behold, we came across the new franz ferdinand which isn't officially released until tomorrow! that was a find and a half. then i made a sponge cake.

you know, i think that before you sign up for a blog there should be some kind of aptitude test. i mean, does anyone actually want to read this shit? it's not funny or profound. oh well, it's not like we're going to run out of cyberspace anytime soon.
